e-Pedagogy Sessions

Live session information

Sharing is encouraged!

If you have a speakerphone and a computer for a group to view, only one person needs to register. Several people at one location (same computer/speaker phone) can enter a description of their group in the Your Name field.

What You Will Need to Participate in the Event

  • Internet Access (56k modem or faster)
  • Web browser
  • Separate phone line and telephone (with a "mute" feature) for the audio portion of the presentation

Verify Your Browser Configuration

Verify that you have the appropriate browser configuration by completing the browser check at: http://www.uwex.edu/ics/wlw/requirements.htm (Use the Live Meeting 2005 link)

We strongly suggest that you do this as soon as possible to allow time, if necessary, to make any changes in your browser or system. You may need to consult your IT staff for assistance with your browser configuration.

To Attend the Conference

  1. You may join the web portion of your conference up to 1/2 hour prior to the conference start time. Join the event by:
  2. On the enter meeting page that appears, enter the following information:
    • Your Name: (enter your name or group name)
    • Meeting ID: e-Pedagogy
    • Meeting Key: (leave blank)
  3. Click the ENTER button at the bottom of the page. Enter your email address and company affiliation and click OK. The conference window will begin loading.
  4. To access the audio portion (about 5-10 minutes prior to the session) of the conference, dial the following phone number:

For help with the audio portion of your conference, call the WisLine HelpLine at 1-800-442-4614. For computer support, please contact your IT support staff.
