How we work with you
We work mostly with faculty and instructional staff to help them develop e-learning instructional materials. When working with us you'll notice us doing some of the following things.

What we do Why we do it
Conduct initial needs assessment (no charge) We need to get a sense of your project, its scope and what your instructional goals are so we can help you best accomplish them. We also want to make sure we're the best group for you to work with. If not, we may refer you to someone else.
Create a project charter or project proposal (no charge) For all projects we want to be clear about what we will create for you. Therefore we develop documents called charters and proposals to ensure we all agree on project expectations.
Clarify work relationship Ideally, we prefer to work collaboratively with faculty and instructional staff sharing our experiences and providing guidance in using new technologies. We're flexible and can also be a "pair of hands" to implement your ideas.
Assign a project manager Someone will be managing your project (big or small) keeping track of progress, time and money spent and keeping you informed. Your project manager will often be the person doing most of the hands-on work with your project.
Develop prototypes We often create rapid prototypes either on paper or as rough-cut computer renderings. This allows us to make sure we've got it right before spending lots of hours of programming and development.
